Emotional Intelligence:

1. Self Awareness - FOCUS ur attention on ur emotional state- being aware, in-the-moment, of wad u're feeling. Are you happy, excited, worried or angry? Given that information about ur emotional state, wad should (or shouldnt) u do or say next? Use dat information to help u make effective decisions to achieve better outcomes for yourself and others.

2. Self Regulation - Having the skill to be able to choose the emotions u wan to experience, rather than being the victim of wadever emotions occur - not letting others "push ur buttons". It is about possessing the ability to manage ur emotional state. Do not confuse this with "burying" or "stuffing" ur feelings. The skill to choose the emotions u want - typically to be able to TRANSFORM negative draining emotional states into positive productive ones.

3. Self Motivation - The ability to use ur emotions to cause urself to take positive action to continue to persistently pursue goals even in the face of significant adversity or difficulty. This is about USING ur emotions to be positive, optimistic, confident and persistent rather than negative, pessimistic and second-guessing urself and ur decisions.

4. Empathy - The ability to LISTEN effectively and accurately enuf to put urself in other person's shoes. This is not necessarily to agree with them, but to truly understand the situation from their point-of-vie in order to IMPROVE communication, problem-solving and trust.

5. Nurturing Relationships - The ability to DEMONSTRATE sincere care for others. Through word and deed, demonstrate appreciation for ppl's effort and contribution. This is about setting a positive tone of cooperation no matter how difficult the situation or conversation and having other's best interests in mid while focusing on achieving goals to create win-win outcomes.

Stress ah stress!!! So where do all these stresses come from???

There are four different types of stress:

1. Physical Stress: Happens when the body becomes tired and exhausted after heavy physical activities.

2. Mental Stress: The "stress" that affects our feelings, emotions, mood and behaviour, such as work-related stress and relationship problems.

3. Oxidative Stress: Stress imposed on the body by free radicals generated by our body or from external source, such as pollution and ultra-violet radiation.

4. Metabolic Stress: Occurs when we are suffering from illness or when recovering from surgery, fractures or diseases. Stress drains our energy and leaves us feeling low and lethargic. So, to prevent energy loss, we need to combat stress.

There are several ways to fight stress and boost our energy levels. One of the most effective ways is to supplement our bodies with a combination of Vitamin B-Complex, Vitamin C and Zinc.

a. Vitamin B-Complex supports the process of energy production by metabolising carbohydrate, fat and protein. It also maintains a healthy nervous system, regulates appetite, stimulates growth and strengthen muscles.

最进看了不少的drama, 发现到这些的戏中带有它的教诲:- 这些都是在人生当中所发生的.

打个比方: 韩戏剧的49 天.

- 她每天都希望有人真心为她掉泪, 无时无刻不在想着复活, 在 49 天内的希望, 都在寻找为她流下真心的泪.

以前可能对你不是很好, 但, 最终还是那个人是对你真心的. or vice versa. 所以说: dont judge the book by its cover. 有时, 站在不一样的角度去想可能会让你发现原来....

另外一个戏剧是犀利人妻.

Treasure... What is treasure??? Treasure as in rich?? Wealth may be important, however, if the verb treasure is neglected, then the noun treasure might be worthless. To learn or understand the importance of treasure sb or sth is crucial as time waits for no man. Anything can happen, regardless of good or bad. Sth bad such as the natural disaster (Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami as the most recent) has caused catastrophic effects. And, it triggers tsunami warning for countries all around the Pacific Ocean. Really hope that everything will be alright.

Treasure what you have now... Try not make so much complaint (i admit that I do release my frustrations quite a lot.. aiks aiks... and i am trying to release 'em out with a good way.), Treasure your family and friends. =)

If someone doesnt treat you good or as good as before, or maybe coz u have done sth wrong, perhaps just let that someone to cool down first and figure out what to do next.

Friends may always be apart someday and until then, there will be a distance in between. However, as long as the friendship remains and as before, there wont be any worries to be friends forever (This will also occurs at other relationships). To have this, "treasure" is again playing its role. ;)

倒霉的两天。。。

昨天的我遇到倒霉的事。那就是我的电脑竟然tiok sot. 今天的我却失去了钱包。。这下该怎么办才好呢？？真的希望还可以找回我的钱包，也可以修好我的电脑。

这里的天气很冷。非常非常的冷！！！ wah！！！赫赫。。好啦。。今天就blog 到这里。。因为今天的心情不是这么的好咯。。。

This month is quite a tiring month.. I got back from Melb and have to do my internship placement, Not long after that, my mum went for operation and I have to take care of her. There’s so much thing to do and I have to say that I really admire those women who work while able to handle housework, also to keep the house in a clean and tidy. After work, I have to go home and prepare dinner for family. Then have to wash clothes and fold clothe, sometimes ironing the clothes. I am not so good in managing all these in a day lo.. I was so so so so so exhausted ah after all these. Haha.. That is also why I don’t really online ki.. Too many things to do then too tired to online liao ah.. Every morning when I wake up, I wish to have more time on sleeping. So this come to my mind, how can the adults handle all these esp those who need to send their kids to school too??? Mmm… 5 sth wake up, then prepare breakfast for kids, then send kids to sch, then go for work, then after work, have to prepare dinner for family. After washing all the dishes and frying pans,… send kids to tuition? Or check whether they do their homework? Or spend some time watching tv? Wow!!! There’s not much time left to online before go zzz eh.. Hehe.. Play game oso cannot play too long oh.. If not, the next day sure cannot work under a good condition. Haha..

One month is coming to the end… My internship is going to over… And I am going to melb le.. Mmm… New sem is coming and that is going to be my last sem.. Hopefully this coming sem is goin to be nice and smooth.. =)

I have so many things undone oso eh.. Havent go watch movie de.. Havent go out eat dinner… Havent go shopping de.. Havent buy what I wan so I can bring over. Hehe… Only manage to go out eat with Shirley, Josey for the moment and also meet up with abubu them nia… *piak my head.

Time really passes very fast. Now is already Week 11 eh. OH MY LO!!! Need to get motivated in doing my fyp, assignments and study for final!!! Was very upset with something then after videocalling with bro and mum, I felt a lot better but only last for a while. My didi draw a lot of cute pics for me!! Haha… Although there’s some not good de. Grrrr…. But really appreciate that a lot. I even save them and put one of them as my wallpaper. Haha..

Sometimes I feel lonely here lo. Maybe coz not living with own family and not much friends around tend to cause that kind of feeling. Sometimes when wan to ask for accompany, also very hard to find it at here. Luckily there’s this thing called “Internet”. Haha..

Nways, I also start to do things alone. Went to Vic Market alone and luckily can find the place. Phew… I have to admit that my sense of direction is quite lousy so need time for improvement. Hehe..

As for the final, I am going to have two tests on a day and is held at Festival Hall. Well, I have no idea where is Festival Hall. Only know is near Docklands. So have to find a day to go find it by myself. Sometimes I am quiet scared to explore alone eh… Coz I am scared that I might get lost in the middle of nowhere! Haha.. But then, I always can get through with it. Phew…

Another thing that bothers me is that I kinda feel so useless lo.. Is either by doin so is to be nice to me, or I am too dumb to do important things. I seriously don’t feel good for not doing work lo. Aiks aiks.. Feel feel like I am not needed or sth. I noe I am not so smart la.. but I will do my very best to get things done oh.. Hmmm…

This week is Week 12 le.. Going to have my BIS access lab test then infra assignment then research papers! Wish me luck! See ya for now.. =)

There is indeed a lot of questions on “WHY?”. Why why why??? There’s simple WHY questions and complicated WHY questions…

Why is it like this?
And Why is it like that?
Why do you have to be like this?
And Why do you have to be like that?
Why do you like this?
And Why do you dislike that?
Why do you love this?
And Why do you hate that?
Why do you prefer this and not that?
Why do you have to make such decision but not the other one?

Why do you have to think so much?
And why can’t you stop thinking?
Why do you have to be sad or upset?
And why not just let it go or forget about it?
Why do you miss someone?
And why you can’t forget about that someone?
Why is it that I have to listen to you?
And why can’t I have my own point of view?
Why do you reject instead of accept?

WHY WHY WHY???

Although the WHY questions seem to have an answer or answers to them, there is a possibility that the WHY questions could not be answered. So, why is this so? Again, the WHY question arise… Haha…

Ok la.. Don’t make things too complicated. Ignore the WHY questions when u r doing something. Don’t make these WHY questions to bother you. Keep your mind away from the WHY questions!!! Lol… (if only it is that easy… I know I know… hehe).

However, sometimes thinking and having a solution or answers to the WHY question may be beneficial… Haha… You may ask “Why is that so??” Mmm….

Let’s say in most of the time, you have the answer for the WHY question/(s), is just that you will prefer to say:”I don’t know….”. Right? ;)

So, why do you have to say I don’t know while you do know why… Hmmm… Sometimes, you feel lazy to talk bout it or you totally don’t feel like talking bout it. And sometimes, the answer is the Secret… Ooo….

Had my excel test today and submitted the weekly submission. Each week, I have to show to the lecturers wad is the progress in my assignments. Noted that I mentioned “lecturerS”, not lecturer eh.. means I have to keep up with all the assignments for each subject each week oh.. Fri…

It was an early flight. I was surprised that you managed to wake up even though you cant send me off in time. I was very happy and of course, sad when you called. I cried when talking to you halfway eh. Duno if you realised or not. Hehe.. I cried when I go to the boarding room. Well, I have to say i miss my family lo.. During the transit, I have mistaken the letter G to letter C. Haha. Quickly, I make an “U-turn” and try to find where is gate C. When I reached, I wait for approximately 2 hours at the meeting point, just to wait for other students to arrive. Back then, I was hungry, thirsty and tired. While I am inside the bus, all I wanted to do is to eat then sleep. I was the only girl and the rests were mostly from India and Pakistan. I could remember their name except for one. If I am not mistaken, his name is Vindeet. They are mostly having either master course or postgraduate course. I arrived at the place after midnite!!! I was so so so hungry and tired. Luckily, Mr. Gentleman brought me to MCD. Hehe..

I couldn’t sleep that night. I was thinking and crying? Hmmm... I’m so like ku bao ho? Well, this is the first time I leave home and come to a new place all by myself. So lo... I really miss u guys.. Those whom I shouldn’t miss, I miss too. LOL.. Hmm.. What talking me? Well, It’s so late now and I am still in front of the computer typing. sengkeng 1... What to do? I CANT SLEEP! ={

Today, Mr. Gentleman brought me to Federation Square. So, we bought the train tickets and head to the Flinders Streets. Then we went into a place called NGV International. I was curious what does NGV stands for. So Mr. G was guessing Non-government sth. Well, that comes to my mind too at first! Haha.. Nways, NGV stands for National Gallery of Victoria. Then have lunch at the . The gong pao chicken is not spicy de even though it is written there (spicy) in the menu. Hehe.. Went to the State Library of Victoria as well.

The next day, we went to Victoria Market. It was a funny and nice experience coz I get to see how those from different meat stalls shout to promote the price of the food. Haha… Let me recall wad I have bought.. Hmm.., I bought prawns, lamb meat, sausages. Then we went to the vegetables section and we saw SMALL CHILLI!!!! So for those who told me that there isn’t any small chilli in Melbourne ah… ahem ahem.. =P And of course, I bought 1 stalk. HAHA. In the afternoon, I went to buy Angel Hair and it has offer price which is 3 dollar for 2. So I cooked that and vege for dinner. Mr. G cooked vege and salmon. We have like 5 dishes for dinner, including the chicken meat from the day before. Nice one~! Hehe.. We went for a walk after that and meet Mr.Sam. He was alone so he follow us to the city. We went to BIG W and buy my pillow, frying pan (coz the one in unilodge is not in good condition), towels (2 for AUD10) and so on… So 2 Mr.gentleman help me to carry my stuff.. Paiseh la.. and Xie lar.. hehe..

The orientation day was at the Town Hall and the enrolment day will be 2 days after. The last time I went online is enter the library “illegally” as we do not have the student ID card yet. So boh pien lo.. hehe.. Hope I can faster get my ID card so I can have internet access and ONline!.. hehe.. In the late evening, I went Coles with one of my housemate. Again, there’s this offer like 2 for AUD sth.. So me and her each bought 1 but in the same receipt since it is actually cheaper. ;) I planned to sleep early tonight but then something came up. So in the end, I am still awake till now (2.02am). AISI AH!!! Flashing back, I was complaining that I was very very very sleepy during and before the orientation.

As for today, I had a long walk along the streets where I get to know shops such as pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, church, schools and etc. The price of hair cut for guys is AUD13 whereas AUD15 for girls!!! Hmmm… Also, I saw a very nice wedding dress! Lol.. We had our lunch or I should say high tea at Petalling Street. I ordered curry laksa while ah jie had nasi pataya and ah sam ordered sth beef with rice. The portion of curry laksa was big for me so I have to tapao some back. Sengkeng ah if can finish all.. haha.. Oh ya, before that, I had icecream at the cones. 3 scoops of different flavor somemore! The 1st scoop was quite sweet but overall was quite nice! Hehe..

Wed…
Nth much happen today as the duration for enrolment was so long! The elective subjects which I would like to take in the coming semester will only be offered in the next semester lo.. Haih… Because of this, my enrolment of the subjects is so troublesome and I end up finish everything at 6 sth.. Was so so so hungry ah! Hehe..

Thurs…
I woke up late today then headed up to school but end up queuing in a LONG line to get free noodle. Haha.. At a moment, a lady was giving out a small parcel which is actually from the health service. As I opened, I took out a highlight pen. Then ok lo.. The next thing I took out is c….. . ARGH! Then I shouted oh shit then there’s 2 guys looking at me… *paiseh si la!* I think the noodle was quite nice lo.. even though the ingredient consisted of mee, bak choy, cucumber and little bit of meat. After that, we went to IKEA and Kmart today to buy thicker blanket, bed sheet, laundry bag and clothes hanger.

Ya… I remember wad I have done on sat. Well, we went to Victoria market to buy fresh foods for Sunday’s meal!!! It’s Chap Goh Meh… So we decided to cook NICE dinner… Mmm… where else we went to??? Let me think… ah… Keith brought me to see fir show and Dragon! Haha… Is not a real dragon ah… Dun get it wrongly.. hehe… Is a statue of the dragon which will move along with the music… ;)

I nearly got lost in the city coz I took the wrong train to go back home..

And we came up with 8 dishes (if I am not mistaken), garlic bread for on tray and sago melon strawberry milk for dessert! It was VERY VERY NICE! Lol…

An update from me...

2 weeks before, I almost got gastric.. but luckily is just inflammation (fa yan). hehe.. at first i tot is food poisoning. This is because i started to get stomachache after i ate strawberry icecream. Then, that nite i could not sleep coz i feel like vomiting too.. The next day, i feel de same thing. After a few days of stomach pain, i started to get worry. Then, i decided to go see doc. Doc said my stomach is not feeling well and gave me medicine of gastric pain, pain and pain. ={ I do not know the reason why I got inflammation or omost gastric.. Maybe coz i din reli eat? But that was last sem le.. Aiyo, no appetite ma.. hehe.. Hmm... This sem still ok le... hmm.. Well, who to blame? Blame myself lo.. hehe.. Then, there's this liquid medicine (white in color) is so so so so so so so so disgusting.. I dislike that white liquid med. is coz after u swallow down, it will end up making a U-turn and go up. So, i did not drink until i was forced too.. haha.. I hope everything will be ok soon lo... Coz i dont like to drink that white liquid medicine. *Yewww.... And i do not wan to get gastric.. no no no....

Traffic Count on Fri...

On last fri, I have to wake up early so that I wont be late for the traffic count in the morning.. So, i set my alarm at 530am before i went zzz on thurs nite. When the alarm rang, i turn off the alarm and went back lying down on my comfy bed. Just then, someone msg me.. so out of my curiousity, i wake up and have a look.. Thanks to Miss SHIRLEY, i decided to wake up. If not, i think i will continue to zzz and will be late for the traffic count. Haha.. 不好意思啦, 我没吃到你的爱心便当la.. hehe..

So, standing at the bridge early in the morning, looking at the 4th lane sleepily. Luckily Miss Josey same group with me so we were talking throughout the traffic count. Haha.. Singing somemore... ;) Well, there is always going to be a first time for you to do or experience something in your life. So, this is my first time standing at the bridge for 2 hours looking at the cars, motorcycles and trucks or bus. And this is my first time kena honked by a car and waved by someone inside the car. 上个学期是我经历过最难熬的... 读书或做工课的效率退步了许多. 有时还不能100%地集中. 不要说100% la, 一半都不知有吗.. 唉... 真失败... 不过,还好有时候朋友提醒了我. 偶然我还被挨骂哦.哈哈. 每当我想放弃时, 我都会想尽方法不让自己这么做.. 例如: ..... 等等... 我非常的感谢我的知己给的关怀. 虽然他们不知道整个的来龙去脉但我也很感激他们.. =) 然而, 我也非常的抱歉如果我带给你伤害或失望..

Something is wrong yesterday. Duno why there are so many mosquitoes bite me when i was cooking for dinner. There are roughly 40 plus mosquitoes bite me eh. I am not kidding oh and i have no idea why so many mosquitoes. So i keep on hitting and hitting... argH!... First time experiencing this.... spoil my mood of cooking nia... grr.... den ho.... i cant stand it anymore so i use soap to spread over my leg and continue cooking.. haha... but somehow they still manage to bite me... ={ Why on earth there's so many mosquitoes attacking me??? hmmm... might be the neighbour's fault for dumping so many bottles and so on at the back... hmph... And now, i haf so many RED SPOT on my leg... grrr.... so itchy!!!

Why is it so hard to believe that I am sick oh???? hmm... This is not the first time that my frens do not believe that i am having fever... They say: "U sick meh??? U dun look like you r sick oh..."

I cant believe my house no panadol... ={ After few days of feeling goin to have fever like dat, my bro help me buy panadol and my fren gave me active-fast... Still i dun feel very well. So, i went to see doctor and the conversation is as follows:
Doctor: Ur body temperature has dropped to 38 degree. U did take some medicine rite?
Me: Ya.. I took panadol. (Meanwhile was thinking that he said it dropped to 38 degree... den previously is what le? But i dun dare to ask... hehe)

This is what i saw at the Lab Technician's Office... Haha... LOL!!!

I was overcome by the fumes of the last visitors and have only just regained consciousness.
The door lock jammed and i ended up having to blast my way out.
I fell into the toilet bowl and had to wait for my clothes to dry.
Some fool put superglue on the toilet seat.
The voices kept telling me, "Push the button and you'll win a prize".
I'm obsessive compulsive and had to count the number of hairs on my... never you mind.
I couldn't get my zip undone so i crept out the back and worked on the damn old thing in the fool shed...

K K.. Time to get back to assignments and projects...

I forgot wad this dish is called but i do remember what is inside.. There are broccoli, cauliflower, potato, sausage, lamb meet and spare rib..

This is er... hmm.. forgot also but i noe there are veges, ham and type of nut. forgot wad is it as well.. ={

And this dish is MINE!!!! er.. forgot the name as well.. Pasta (bit spicy) with pork and prawns. Yummy!!

Aldrin and Eric was doing assignments at my house until omost 2 in de morning on my bday.. Haha.. So tired after that.. Slept at 3 sth and woke up at 7 sth.. I was so so so tired the next day...Well, at least someone accompany me for the 1st 2 hours when i turn 20.

A very simple reunion dinner...

1st day of CNY.. gong xi fa cai.. HaPpy cHineSe nEw YeaR!! lalalalala...

Went to Spring on de 2nd day to have dinner... But then it's hard to search for food.. Haha.. As u can see... full house... We went to the Food Bazzaar as well but then not much things left. So, next stop was the Manhattan Fish Market..

Find a place to sit also need to wait for a period of time.. What to do.. The second day of CNY ma.. Most of the shops, restaurants were closed.. so everyone went to Spring! I cant find any empty place in here.. see.. haha..

The fish here was very very nice!!! Very fresh!!!

Dat day i went to have lunch with my friends at "The Chicken Rice Shop" at Spring. At first everything was okay. We ordered 4 hot chinese tea, 1 cold chinese tea and 1 coffee; 3 curry chicken noodle , 2 roasted chicken rice and... opps.. i forgot what anne ordered.. And when the drinks came, there were 5 hot chinese tea and 2 coffee.. Then a lady gave us forks and spoons and some tissue. The forks and spoons were oily and worse still, fingerprints!!! ={ Oh my.. We definitely do not want to use these forks and spoons so we asked for clean forks and spoon. Again, they gave us dirty ones. This time, we asked from the leader of the staff i suppose. He told us that he will get us clean forks and spoons. So we waited and waited.. Then one of my friend said :" How come so long 1??" Then another 1 said:"Coz he cant find any clean spoon".. Haha.. I could see de staff cleaning the spoons though.

Then the food came... nothing much to say about the food..

I ordered curry chicken noodle. *FYI, the noodle below is not mine, is ah pheng's. I forgot to take pic of my noodle. My noodle dont haf so much curry sauce on it. So i ask for some more curry sauce....

And this what they gave me..... ={ looks more like curry chicken without noodle to me.. haha

Well, i personally think that singapore chicken rice is much much much nicer and better than the chicken rice shop. No offence ya to those who like to eat at the chicken rice shop.

Next - Food and tea

I personally think that the foods at there are not nice lo.

This dish is nissin noodle with chicken chop. FYI, some of the meat could not be eaten coz it is still raw, not cooked enough. ={

This 1 is the Roasted Honey Spare Ribs with Shanghai Style Rice. *FYI, the meat was not so nice lo and hard to bite. ={

I ever tried the cheese baked rice as well and i dont think is nice lo. I personally think the cheese baked rice from Causeway Bay o the Secret Garden is much nicer lo..

This drink is called Purple Rain and that's the only thing i like at Food and Tea...

No offence ya to those who like to go to Food and Tea at Spring and The Chicken Rice Shop at Sping.. Well, different people have different opinion though..

When i get home and want to use the toilet, i see THIS!!! Intruder!! haha.. It reli scares me for a while.. Well, this bird trapped in the toilet and was trying to get out from there but the window was closed. That time i was alone at home and was so tired coz i just played badminton and still need to think of a way to free the bird.. But i dun dare to go in the toilet.. So, i wave and say sth to the bird, hopefully can direct it to fly out. Haha..Well, it dont understand my language and i dont understand its language so end up it stuck there for quite long. Later, i went outside and hit the window. Then i heard sth and i guess is the bird fell off from the spot. Then, i saw the bird flying out from my house! YEA!! FINALLY!! haha.. But then, this bird ar oso leave sth behind -- da pian!! ARGH!!! Tao yan de bo... so yucky somemore..

I cut my hair last sat.. Ya ya.. cut my hair.. I wasnt reli paying attention when the hair dresser cut my hair.. coz' i thought shud be normal as usual.. Trim here and there, perhaps cut a bit.. so, i let my eyes haf a rest.. Then>>>> WAH!!! SO SO Different from my previous hairstyle.. I... i.. looked at the mirror and almost cant recognise myself.. haha.. Then on Monday, when i'm at sch, many of my friends couldn't recognise me.. And Chen le... laugh laugh laugh.. haha.. If a friend told u a secret, NEVER say it out even though people forced u to! even if that person is ur close friend! SAY NO! However, it can be excluded in emergency cases. hmm.. Ok, back to the secret. Secret is something that is known to few people or only to a person and is meant to be kept! People told u the secret coz they have their trust in you! They believe in u! So, DUN MESS THINGS UP!! Plz: dun ruin the friendship! As for me, i dont like my frens to say my secret out. But if they did, i'll like them to tell me bout dat so that i wont be so angry at them.

3. OVERLOAD WORK!

When i'm bz with schoolwork, not too much housework plz!!! It pisses me off easily!! I cant do so many things in a short period of time. Eventually, things just get worse!

4. STOP BURNING RUBBISH!!!

Stupid neighbours like to burn rubbish polluting the air. Cant they just throw the rubbish in the bin? What for still need to waste their time lighting the fire and so on.

From what i've seen so far, most couple would prefer sitting side by side in the restaurant.. Mostly when i go to restaurant and have my dinner, i can see most couple sitting side by side.. Hmm.. Y ho?? Then there's once i was having my dinner at MMM, there was a couple sitting face to face to each other. After xxx, the guy stood up and sat besides his gf then again XXX. haha.. So, i began to wonder, why most lovers prefer sitting side by side with each other? I oso dun know why.. So, i ask my frens bout the "side by side o face to face" during our lunch time.

JAPANESE BUFFET NITE!!!

On 2nd MaY, i went to this place again.. but that night was Japanese Buffet Nite.. haih.. I prefer Western Buffet Nite which is on..opps.. i forgot.. is either tues o thurs o is it monday.. ok.. whatever day is it... coz' i can make my own pizza with my preferable toppings. Hiak hiak..

Too bad i dun reli prefer Japanese food... That's y i end up eating these:

1st dish - broccoli, bean curd, fried rice,lamb chop and er.. sth sth ball..definitely not fish ball, i think is crab meat ball.
2nd dish - lamb chop and bean curd again and some sauce wif rice...

3rd dish - sth sth fish.. The meat of the fish is very very soft. *hmm.. i wonder.. how the cook cooks...
4th dish - Salmon Fish.. is the cooked 1 not the fresh 1. I dun like uncooked meal.. haha.. ;p

Ice-creams!!! haha.. The 2nd 1 looks like heart-shaped if u see carefully.

Strawberry pudding + few strawberries on top; cheese cake + grape + honey dew + chocolate cake + 1 oredi eaten by me.. haha.. and i have no idea wad is dis.

Salmon + another type of fish (i have no idea what is it) + squid ... ; Sushi.. salmon, crab thingy and ... ***FYI, I DONT EAT THESE !!! i just cant eat sth uncooked.. haha..

Cold Noodle (I take that but i dont eat that!!) haha..end up leaving it there when i leave.. luckily they din notice.. ;p
